The West Shore Rowing & Paddling Centre (WSRPC) is located at the Royal Roads University Campus in Victoria, BC. Since opening it's doors in 2004, WSRPC is quickly becoming an integral part of recreation and community events in the West Shore and Victoria area.
Located on the picturesque Hatley Park National Historic Site, WSRPC offers rowing and dragon boating programs for all ages and experience levels. From introductory to competitive levels, WSRPC has a program for you!
